Your Success, Confidence and Well-Being Inspire.

Other than my family, guiding you to achieve your health and wellness goals is my biggest passion. Nothing compares to that fantastic moment when you’ve achieved something you never thought you could. Seeing your face light up in a new way is the ultimate reward – helping you get there is my gift.

Exercise and well-being don’t have to be painful.

Exercise and wellness come naturally for me; it’s like brushing my teeth or drinking coffee. But, I get that it isn’t that way for everyone. A constant companion since I was a teenager, exercising and eating well have been my go-to for managing stress, building strength, good health and boosting my self-esteem. I’m fully committed to helping you adopt simple strategies and provide you with effective tools to make exercise and good health a part of your everyday life in a way that works. Even if you’ve struggled to stay on track before, I’ll help you break through the blocks or injuries that may have held you back.

I’ll be your biggest supporter and challenge you in positive ways.

I’ve been told my approach to health and wellness is maternal: pushing you to achieve your wellness goals while being a cheerleader. For the last twenty-three years, I’ve devoted my life to improving my clients fitness – teaching various group exercise classes and training individuals personally to achieve their fitness goals by building strength and flexibility.

"I  started working with Terry as a beginner swimmer, meaning if you put a gun to my head I wouldn't sink.  However, I couldn't swim 20 yards, which was the length of the pool at Boston Athletic Club.  She broke down my stroke for me in easy to understand chunks, as well as easily put together drills and motions to get to the other end of the pool.  I have continued to work with Terry and now 4 months later am averaging 4 miles a week in three swimming days.  Terry has helped me realize personal best times and lengths while keeping things fun and helping me to gain confidence in the water.  I have a goal to swim around an island in Lake Winnipesaukee in the summer of 2017 and the swimming distance of a 1 1/2 miles. Terry has helped me visualize my success and given me the confidence needed for this goal, as well as look forward to every chance I get to swim!" Robert

Walking the Walk.

A five-time finisher in the Boston Marathon, I’m an avid runner who’s competed in too many races to even count. I’m also a passionate triathlete who’s competed in sprint, Olympic, Half-Iron and 3 Ironman triathlons, all after the age of 37! And although I love a physical challenge, I’ve discovered that this kind of exercise can take a toll on our bodies as we age. By adding yoga to my pyramid of wellness, I’ve found the key to remaining injury free and teach yoga as a way to help you remain active and centered for years to come.

Total Wellness is More Than Just Physical.

Because wellness is more than working out, we owe it to ourselves to find complete balance. Over the last several years, I’ve discovered that Essential Oils are, well . . . essential for your health and emotional well-being. Whether you’re looking to build immunity, reduce anxiety in the workplace or recover from one our tough workouts, Essential Oils are the perfect companion. More than just aromatherapy, essential oils have changed the way I look at my health – giving me natural options to help my clients and family take charge of their well-being. As a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, I weave oils into every type of work we do – giving you the opportunity to see what works best for you.

This is an amazing group of women who show up each week to train hard, yet smart, and know the importance of consistency. As we age, we lose bone and muscle. This is a functional fitness workout not to be missed. The platform is Zoom, and for $100 you can attend 10 classes live. Video recordings are also sent out upon request. Email me to sign up!
