Personal Training with a Personal Touch

More than simply helping you reach your fitness goals, my approach to personal training is highly individualized. Part personal trainer, part coach – I work with my clients in and out of the gym to help you reach get fit, stay fit and remain injury free!

With weekly email check-ins to supplement our work together, you’ll fall in love with your ability to not only reach your goals . . . but keep them long term.

Individualized Training Plan

No matter your fitness level, I work with you to create a customized training plan that allows you to reach your fitness goals safely and effectively. Individual training plans include one-on-one private sessions focused on technique, safety and fun – all while working toward your optimal fitness goals.

You’ll also receive weekly phone and on-line check-ins designed to help you stay on track with personalized “homework” exercises and whole food plans to keep you motivated. Personal training sessions last an hour and are currently held my personal gym in Harwich, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. For more information and to schedule an introductory session, click here.

Small Group Training

Looking for the attention of individual one-on-one personal training, but want the motivation, support and fun of working out with a small group? Small group training brings together the power of a tailored fitness plan while providing an economical and encouraging option to help you reach your fitness goals.

Small group sessions meet weekly and are limited to 4 people. You’ll also receive follow-up emails and phone calls, “homework” exercises and whole food plans just as you do with individual, personalized training – so you can achieve your long-term health and fitness goals.

All group sessions are held at my personal gym on Cape Cod. Corporate packages are also available upon inquiry.

Triathlon Training

As a passionate triathlete who’s competed in Sprint, Olympic and Half-Iron and 3 Iron Man Triathlons, I know the time, dedication and effort it takes to train and successfully compete in this arena. Whether it’s your first triathlon or your 10th, I’ll help you achieve peak performance while focusing on preventing injury. Training sessions can be one-on-one or small group sessions that focus on strength training, form, and technique. Yoga instruction is added to help improve flexibility and reduce the wear-and-tear of everyday training.

On-Line Triathlon Training

Can’t make it in person? No problem? On-line triathlon training programs are available to provide you with a tailored plan and support to help you get ready for race day! On-line programs include weekly work out plans and coaching calls (done via the telephone or on-line) to give you the boost you need to get across the finish line.
