Vinyasa Yoga
“Arranging Something in a Special Way.”
Sweaty, powerful and connected. Vinyasa Yoga is easily of the most popular forms of yoga practiced in the United States because it increases flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health. The steady and continuous flow of postures produces internal heat, which is designed to detoxify the body. Vinyasa’s fast-paced style and athletic, strength-building approach also improves cardiovascular and respiratory health.
Vinyasa Yoga gives you a balanced experience physically, mentally and spiritually.
During practice, you’ll focus on a specific sequence of synchronized breath movements to transition between postures. The constant movement and consistent focus on your breath allows you to stay present and focused, while at the same time the sweat and increased circulation helps you purify your body.
If you’re looking for a great workout for mind, body and soul, Vinyasa is that doorway to experience pure joy and flexibility.

Restorative Yoga
Just like it sounds, Restorative Yoga is designed to relax your entire mind and body.
Feeling burnt out, working your body too hard? Or maybe you just need a break from the frenetic pace of your life. Restorative yoga is designed to rebuild balance and help you return to a more relaxed state. Based on Hatha yoga practices, Restorative yoga moves mindfully through poses and allows your body to connect with your body and mind at a more natural rhythm.
Relax. Revive. Restore.
Restorative yoga triggers the parasympathetic nervous system so that you can mitigate the effects of our daily patterns from the first pose. Because the slower movements of restorative yoga help you focus on your breath and body, your awareness of your physical thoughts and emotions remained heightened during practice. Restorative yoga aligns the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. And while restorative yoga focuses more on healing aspects, you’ll be able to strengthen your body through intent and purpose of the moment.
Designed to help you sleep better, feel calmer and improve your overall emotional well-being, my Restorative Yoga classes are perfect for anyone looking to change their patterns, create balance and strengthen their overall health and wellness.

Yin Yoga
Regulate the Flow of Energy in Your Body.
Offering a more meditative process with a deep physical focus, yin yoga is often described as yoga for the joints as opposed to yoga for the muscles. Yin Yoga is a great compliment to more active styles of yoga and is designed to increase and maintain flexibility. Although less well known than other forms of yoga, Yin Yoga has been around for thousands of years and offers a much broader access to the body.
Yin Yoga invites students to get intimate with themselves – their feelings, thoughts, emotions and sensations. Holding poses for 3 to 5 minutes at a time, yin yoga offers you the opportunity to truly regulate the flow of energy throughout the body. A distinctive experience, Yin Yoga can only truly be explained by experiencing it. Please join me for a Yin Yoga class and find the other half of your yoga practice.
